Shipping and Return Policy

 

Orders are shipped Monday ( unless it is a Federal Holiday ) through Thursday using USPS mail. If UPS or another carrier is requested, that can be accommodated, it may extend the shipping time

Herb Wise is located in a Mountain Rural area, no shipping services are available on weekends.

For expedited shipping , USPS Express Shipping is also available.

Orders often process and ship the very next business day depending on what time order is placed, orders are generally fulfilled within

48 business hours after order is placed.
Certain items like the Sniffers are made to order, please take that into consideration 

During busy holiday, harvesting or weather encumbered seasons ( this now includes fires ) at times may take up to 3-5 days to process orders for shipping. We will do our best to alert you to any delays due to unpredictable conditions. Please contact Herb Wise if you are in a special rush and with our best efforts we will try to meet your request 

Shipping is calculated by weight, size and destination 

Herb Wise consciously chooses Eco frmaterials to ship your orders, Rubber bands are often used to secure the packaging - Thus Please read The Rubber Band Clause.

The Rubber Band Clause:

Please be mindful with the rubber bands, use caution with pets, kids, etc. We encourage you to reuse them for your needs. And most importantly Please handle responsibly, the rubber bands are not intended for use as weapons so please keep the rubber band wars to a minimum -we are not responsible for rubber band fights. We are a peace loving company. 

Regarding Returns : It is rare if ever a return situation will arise, as most products due to the sanitary laws are not returnable once opened and most folks really love their purchases. If you find yourself displeased with a product in any way, please do contact us and we will make it right.

We check our products thoroughly before shipment, However if there is a default in the packaging, please contact us and we will be happy to send you out a replacement right away.
